First time home buyer. Got lucky to be placed with Gigi when my husband and I requested a tour of a home. We didn’t connect with the home, yet she offered to be available if we were interested in any other homes and she also offered to search for us as well. From that first home we viewed, she was very honest and helpful. She has a great personality, very professional; yet down to earth and easy to speak with. One of the next homes we arrived and they informed us it sold the night before, without giving any of us that update. Gigi did not allow us to be defeated. We had two other homes in the area we were curious about and she made the walk through happen that same day even despite COVID and the need for prompt notifications. That last tour ended up being our dream home and Gigi helped us lock it in. She guided us through the whole process smoothly. Ultimately, she became a family member. She doesn’t just get you to make an offer. She makes herself available through the whole process. She also has followed up to check-in after moving in. I highly recommend her!
